1. Q: Can I get samples before mass order?
A: Yes, sure. We offer samples for all our products. The sample fee and express fee are paid by customer. And sample fee will be turned once receiving deposit of mass order.
For old customer, we offer free sample.
2. Q: Do you accept paid by Paypal?
A: Yes, sure. We accept paid by Paypal for both sample order and mass order. But 5% handling charge should be paid by customer.
3. Q: Can I order by Ali trade assurance?
A: Yes, most of our products accept Ali trade assurance order, but order amount excluding express fee should be more than USD 1000.
4. Q: I have a brand, can I have private product label with my own brand?
A: Yes, sure, we have label design service. Our sales will confirm the brand label with you. And the labels can be charged separately for labels have much more MOQ, so that you can order low product MOQ with your brand label.
5. Q: The cartridges have four colors, but I need 10 pack as a set in a box. Is this OK?
